By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following 6 terms. Please note that failure to comply with these policies may result in the cancellation of your appointment, forfeiture of your deposit, and a 25% service charge. We kindly ask for your understanding as these policies are in place to ensure the best service for all of our clients.

Appointment Preparation
Please review the service details and FAQ section from the top menu. This will provide you with essential preparation and aftercare instructions and help you determine if you are a suitable candidate for your chosen treatment.​​​​

Commitment Fee
When you book, we reserve both a room and a time specifically for you. A non-refundable booking/commitment fee is required at the time of booking, which is displayed during the process and securely deducted from your credit card. The remaining balance will be due at the end of your treatment. This fee helps minimize no-shows, ensures the artist’s time is protected, and confirms your commitment to your appointment.

Late Appointment Policy
Arriving more than 10 minutes late or missing your appointment (including complimentary touch-ups) will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. Due to back-to-back bookings, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. To reschedule, a new non-refundable booking fee will be required.

Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule without penalty, we require at least 48 hours' notice. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, we are unable to fill your appointment slot, and the booking fee will be retained to compensate for the artist's time. Should you cancel or reschedule with sufficient notice, your fee will be credited toward a future appointment.

No - Show / Cancellation Policy

Previous Tattoo / PMU
Important: If you have existing eyebrow, eyeliner, or lip blush tattoos (from us or another artist), please contact us first by emailing a clear picture to info@canadamicroblading.com. Do not book an appointment without prior consultation. Not all previous work (even if faded or removed) can be covered or redone. If we are not informed about prior work before your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply penalties.
As Canada Microblading has multiple locations and team members, please ensure you select the correct location and artist when booking your appointment.
