Thank you for considering our services. By booking your appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in appointment cancellation, forfeiture of your deposit, and a 25% service charge. These policies are non-negotiable and strictly enforced.

Appointment Preparation
Review service details and the FAQ SECTION from the top menu to learn about before and aftercare instructions and determine if you're a suitable candidate.
Booking / Commitment Fee
When booking, we reserve a room and a time specifically for you. Depending on the service type a non-refundable booking / commitment fee is required displayed during booking and securely deducted from your credit card. The remaining balance is due upon treatment completion. This fee helps minimize no-shows, protects the artist's time, and ensures client commitment.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy - Strictly Enforced
Clients MUST provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel their appointment without penalty. With short notice less than 48 hrs, we can not fill the appointment slot therefore the booking fee compensates for the artist's reserved time. If you cancel / reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, the fee will be retained as a credit for future services or rescheduling. A 25% service charge applies for no-shows or insufficient notice. Late Appointment Policy
If you're late more than 10 mins or miss your booked appointment (including complimentary touch-ups), you will be marked as a no-show. We cannot accommodate late arrivals due to back-to-back bookings. Rebooking a no-show requires pre-payment of the non-refundable booking fee again.

Permanent Makeup Appointments
IMPORTANT ** For previous eyebrow, eyeliner, or lip blush tattoos (existing clients or from other artists), consult with us first by emailing a clear picture to info@canadamicroblading.com before booking. Please DO NOT book any appointment if you didn't consult with us first. Not all existing work (even if it's really faded or has been removed) can be covered or redo. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment with penalty and not perform over previously done treatment if we have not been informed about it prior to the appointment.
