Gift cards do not have an expiration date.

 

Redemption:
Gift cards can be used as payment for services at any of our locations (Thunder Bay or Toronto) or online.
Gift cards are valid for services only and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

 

Lost or Stolen Cards:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash. If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately with your proof of purchase, and we will attempt to assist you.

 

Booking Requirements:
A valid gift card must be presented at the time of booking or redeeming for services. If you would like to use your gift card for a specific treatment, please mention it at the time of booking.

 

Promotional Offers:

Gift cards purchased during a promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, value packages, or used to purchase another gift card.

Gift cards can be purchased directly from our website, in person, or by phone. A confirmation email will be sent for online purchases.

 

Customization:
Gift cards can be customized with a personal message for the recipient. Please provide the details when purchasing.

 

Service Availability:
Services available for gift card redemption are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired appointment time.

 

Non-Refundable:
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you change your mind, the value of the gift card can still be applied to future services or remains as a credit in your account for future use.
